Description

The PMC course of 2014 will be lead by HH the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa (alternative days) and continued by Ven. Dupsing Rinpoche (details of the schedule chart will be prepared soon). There will be also senior guest teachers like Khenpo Ngedon and so on. The course has been implemented with Three Trainings of Buddhist practice which are morality, concentration and wisdom. Mahayana Sojong or Upavasatha let you remain in healthy condition which gives ground for perfect Enlightenment and the rest will be completed by the practice of Shiney and Lhakthong (Shamatha and Vipashana) meditation. Moreover, the practice of loving kindness and compassion which distinguish Mahayana practitioner, has been combined in the course to nourish ones Bodhicitta through practice of Avalokeshwara (Buddha of Compassion).

This time the guidance of the meditation is unified with Four Foundation practice of Karma Kagyu Lineage, We have completed the four thought transformation last year 2013. This year we will continue the course with uncommon preliminary start from taking refuge prayers and generating Bodhicitta.

The participants are supposed to follow the full day four sessions unless there is an individual difficulty. Somehow, we leave on you whether you like to join the Sojong, Upavasatha (taking shil) or not.

We all are very lucky to have this course with great learned and precious Spiritual Masters. We hope that you enjoy the course and gain something beneficial.  Looking forwards to see all of you!
