We are happy to announce that the one-year anniversary ceremony of the passing away of His Holiness Kunzig Shamar Rinpoche will be held at the Karmapa International Buddhist Institute (KIBI) in New Delhi, India from the 31st of May to 8th of June. This ceremony will be led by His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje.

The annual Karmapa Public Course (KPC) at KIBI has now drawn to close. In total, around 400 students from centres all around the world associated with Karmapa attended the course.

Prof. Sempa Dorje has dedicated his whole life towards study, teaching and composition of books in various Buddhist fields, including literature and translation work.

Gyalwa Karmapa’s Public Talk has been postponed to 26th of January, 4 pm. His Holiness has decided to coincide this program with India’s Republic Day and include prayers for the betterment of this Nation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change in schedule.
