How to get to KIBI from the Indira Gandhi International Airport

1. A pre-paid taxi is the simplest and safest way to come from the airport to KIBI. If you go with a private driver you risk paying much more than with a public prepaid taxi.
After you leave the baggage claim area, follow the sign “prepaid taxi”. There is one booth in the hall and another one outside the airport building. There you can buy a pre-paid ticket for your ride. Report the destination as “Qatab Institutional Area, backside of Katwaria Sarai, near the The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT)”. The price for the taxi ranges from 350 to 450 INR, which is around 6 USD or Euro.

After you pay the fare you will get a receipt. Then go to the public taxi stand, find any Black and Yellow taxi and give the receipt to the driver. The ride takes about 30 minutes.

2. Delhi Metro Service. This is a day time option only and if you do not have too much luggage. The closest metro stations to KIBI are Hauz Khas or Malviya  Nagar. The yellow metro line will take you there. From the Metro station you can take an auto-rickshaw to KIBI (about 70 INR).
